Bidford Regionals

This event has grown in popularity.

For those who have never seen this event it is a mix of periods of intense activity getting the gliders up in the air as early as conditions permit. This year we had some 24 gliders doing various challenges. We had 3 tug aircraft working hard to get the 24 fliers all up in around 45 minutes! There was a large amount of activity from the crew teams once the launch time is decided.

The event was spread over 9 days, starting 24th June and ending 2nd July 2023. Flying conditions meant that 6 Tasks were set during this period.
